Entre las novedades destacadas de esta semana tenemos los nuevos singles de Arbor Labor Union, Paul Simon, Dawn Richard,Young Moon, Oracle North, Zen Mantra, A giant dog, Fruit Bats, Local Natives y nuevos discos como el del sueco «Ebbot» Lundberg -líder de The Soundtrack of Our Lives- la noruega Susanna, que, aunque para nosotros Triangle es un descubrimiento, es ya su 11º álbum. También encontramos el regreso de Plants and Animals, Troy Von Balthazar, The Jayhawks, Rogue Wave, o debuts como los de Kyle Craft o Imarhan, estos últimos desde Argelia. También hay homenaje al recientemente fallecido Merle Haggard con una versión de una de sus canciones a cargo de The Bo-Keys. Si hablamos de versiones- además de Barefoot de PJ Harvey a cargo de hermajesty– tenemos que recordar de nuevo el disco homenaje a Grateful Dead, con el dueto Perfume Genius/Sharon Van Etten. Y no olvidamos el sonido nacional, con Los Wallas o los nuevos singles inéditos de Disco Las Palmeras! y McEnroe.
