El sello 4ad dio a conocer el listado de participantes, así como la portada del álbum. El nuevo recopilatorio del sello incluye un total de 32 canciones grabadas exclusivamente para la ocasión.
Este será el recopilatorio número 20 de la serie, desde el famoso y primer Red Hot+ Blue (1990).
